Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the members of East Sandringham Cricket Club (“the Club” or “Association”) will be held on 14 September at 6:30PM. The meeting will be held by teleconference, using Microsoft
Teams. The meeting is held for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the ordinary and special resolutions set out in this Notice.

Members are encouraged to attend. A copy of the proposed amended Rules is available from the Secretary upon request and will be available for inspection at the meeting.
